SATURN
JWELVE OF SOLAR SYSTEM
NATURE OF SATURN:
JWELVE OF SOLAR SYSTEM:
The surface of the Saturn is made up of gases. But, some of the region contains Ammonium crystals. It gives the Gold color to the Planet. So, Saturn is also called as the “JWELVE OF SOLAR SYSTEM”. Saturn reflects 62% of the Sun’s Light. It is one of the Planet which is visible to our naked eye. Cyclones are also forms easier in the Saturn. The average speed of these winds in Saturn is 1000km/hr.
In the top of the Planet there is a Cyclone that is Hexagonal Shaped. But, The shape of a Cyclone is circle right? The Hexagonal cyclone is due to the wind from six different sides. The Gravity of Saturn is 2.6 times greater than Earth’s Gravity. If you weight is 100kgs in Earth. Your Weight on Saturn is 260kgs. It also has the strong Magnetic Field.
RINGS OF SATURN:
While learning about Saturn we must also learn about its Rings. How the Rings of Saturn formed? No one knows the correct exact answer. It is perfectly matched to Saturn. It has Seven layers of rings. The major rings are made up of Ice. Some of them are smaller than Dust. Some of them are greater than Mountains. The total length of the rings is 15 Million Kilometers. But, the thickness of the rings are only 0.1 Million Kilometer. The Moons separates the rings to made them perfect. Two rings are not joined. All the rings are separated. Scientists guess that within 100 Million Years, Saturn losses its rings completely.
MOONS OF SATURN:
Let’s see about the Moons of Saturn. There are 82 Moons and counting. Because, An object that revolves around a Planet is considered as its Moons. So, most of the objects in the ringed structure is its Moons. But, there are totally 82 Moons is confirmed and named. Let’s see about the important Moons. You already know about TITAN. It is greater than Pluto and Mercury. It is the second largest Moon in our Solar System.
It is special because, It
contains atmosphere like our Earth. It also contains rivers. But, the rivers
are filled with Methane. The Poles of this Moon is covered with Solid Nitrogen.
There is also a Methane Rain will fall in Titan. If it combines with Oxygen It
will burst. So, Titan has negligible amount of Oxygen. Titan may contain the
Methane based Organisms. Ria is a small Moon. It is the size of the state Tamil Nadu
located in India. The atmosphere of this Moon is made up of 70% Oxygen and 30%
of Carbon-Di-Oxide. So, It may contains organisms.
THE CONCLUSION:
Saturn is the most likely Planet and the most Famous Planet
in the Solar System. Even though Saturn is special, famous and beauty, It must
not special or famous or beauty then our
Earth.
