SEDNA PLANET

After the announcement of "Pluto is not a Planet, It is a Dwarf Planet", Scientists considered that there are many Planets like Pluto in the KUIPER BELT . In this research, the Planet Sedna is found. Is very small planet. Let's see about it. 

The SEDNA:

After the Discovery of Pluto, there are many planets like Pluto are found. Eris, Haumea and Makemake are notable Planets. Sedna is discovered in 2003. It revolver around the Sun and it is in next to the KUIPER BELT. It is not like other planets. Because This planet's Orbital distance is very long. How the Planet come to our Solar System? It is at a distance of 12 billion kilometer from from the Sun. This distance is twice the distance of Pluto. But this distance is the shortest distance. The longest distance of the Planet is 140 Billion kilometers. It completes one rotation around the Sun in 11,000 Earth Years. It is too far from the Sun. It must be a coldest planet. The maximum temperature of the Planet is -250 °C. The light in the Planet is very dim. The planet takes 10 hours to complete one rotation around it. The color if the planet is Brownish-Red. We can't able to judge what is present in the surface on the Planet. Scientists guesses that the Planet's surface is made up of Nitrogen, Methane and Water Ice. No Moons revolves around it. Because the planet is in the size of a Moon. 

 

THEORIES OF LONG ELLIPTICAL ORBIT:

The Sedna may be in HYDROSTATIC EQUILIBRIUM (sphere shaped), But it is not proved. 

The first accepted theory of the Planet's Orbit is, Due to the Impact of Jupiter and Saturn. In the formation of the Planets, Jupiter plays an important role in the formation of Planets by the Cleaning of Dust Clouds. Sedna may be a 10th or 11th planet. Sedna caught in the Jupiter as a dust particle Jupiter throws it away. 

The second accepted theory is, It was a ROGUE PLANET. It means These types of Planets does not revolve around any types of Stars. But how the long Elliptical Orbit is taken by the Planet? 

The third theory is PLANET '9' or PLANET"X". It is not proved, ti is only a theory. Due to the Gravitational force of the Planet X it throws Sedna away. 

THE CONCLUSION:

 All Theories contains disadvantages. No Theories completely explains the correct reasons for the Elliptical Orbit. Because, Sedna is a MYSTERIOUS PLANET.
