SPACE TELESCOPE

To see the first Light of the Universe, Humans made a Telescope. It was launched on November 2021. Is it able to see the first Light? What is the Power of the telescope? Let's see about it. 

 THE JAMES WEBB:

NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration), ESA (European Space Agency) and CSA (Canadian Space Agency) are made this Telescope. Thousands of Scientists work for 10 Years to made this Telescope. The size of the Telescope is equal to the Tennis Court. This  Telescope is very big and great. It was launched and it is in The Position. This is the biggest  Telescope in the Human History. The total cost of this Telescope is 10 Billion Dollars. But, It can't reach Space with this size right? To reach Space, It was four times folded and placed in the ESA's Rocket. This Telescope is placed at a distance of a Million Kilometers from the Earth's surface. In this distance, We can't able to repair this. If any damage in this Telescope, This Project is a Failure. It is three times greater distance than the distance from Earth and Moon. It is much difficult to repair this. It was tested thousands of times in Earth. The orbit of James Webb is directly revolves around the Sun like our Earth. One side of this Telescope is directly face the Sun and the another side faces the Space. Simply. It was tidally locked to the Sun.

The weight of this Telescope is 6 tons. But, The weight of the Hubble is 11 tons. James Webb is lesser than Hubble but not lesser in Power. Hubble is only 500-600 Kilometers away from the Earth surface. The size of the Main mirror of Hubble is 2.5 Meters. Hubble takes Millions of photos of the Space. But, James Webb is three times greater than Hubble. The size of the Main mirror of the James Webb is 6.5 Meters. The weight of the main mirror alone is 0.6 tons. James Webb has 18 Hexagonal Mirrors. This all mirrors are united to form a Great  Telescope. So We can see the clear and detailed images of Space. Each and every mirror is coated with 40 Grams of Pure Gold. Scientists gives attention in selecting the type of Gold. Gold can reflect more Light Waves. It has four powerful and sensitive Infrared Camera. These Cameras are more sensitive to Heat. Let's see an Example to see its power. Imagine If an Ant is moving in Moon. You can see that ant in the Earth with this Telescope. This Telescope can easily and clearly shows us Images. 

SHIELD OF JAMES WEBB:

A Shield is present behind the Telescope. It is the important part in the Telescope. Without this Camera, The Telescope is not survive in Space. Because, The Cameras are highly sensitive to Infrared Waves. It can capture a minute amount of Heat. Scientists make 5 layers of Sun Shield with a Special material. This Shield has an ability to stop the Heat produced from the Moon and our Earth also. It maintains the chill temperature to  the Telescope. It stop the Heat and radiation from the Sun. This Shield part of the Telescope faces the Sun. If the fifth layer of this Shield experiences 100°C, The Telescope's temperature is (-220°C). This temperature is equal to the surface temperature of Pluto.

After Many tests, Many failures and Many repairs, James Webb reached the Space. The aim of the James Webb is to find the First Light of the Universe. The first Light was the light emitted from Big-Bang. After 300 Million Years of Big-Bang, The First Galaxy was formed. How this Galaxy formed? What are the Star Systems present in that Galaxy? Simply, It time travels to the Past. It travels to 13.8 Billion Years before. Hence, We can know more about this Universe. The Camera present is Infrared Camera. It can see the Light behind the Dust Clouds and Dust Particles. We can analyze the atmosphere of the Planets also. 

THE CONCLUSION:

James Webb is the most Powerful Telescope in the Human History. But, The life-Time of the James Webb is 10 years only. It expands the Space exploration. Lat's hope It will be a Successful Project.
